This story caught my eye this afternoon, billed as a way of getting to Australia in two hours I thought ‘Great!’ If I actually did have to go over there again, it would mean only two hours of my life that I would spend in total terror. I eagerly opened the story and began to read.

So, it turns out that instead of the gentle backward pull on your body as a plane takes off, followed by 12 hours of claustrophobia and occasional terror as turbulence sets in, a terrifyingly bumpy decent as the plane rides the air currents and the dread/anticipated relief of landing before repeating the whole process but this time only spending 10 hours in claustrophobic fear. We could soon be offered a potentially ticker stopping catapult into the atmosphere a zippy 2 hour closed environment experience, before parachuting back to earth (at least I hope they come up with something better than the Grand Plummet of the test rocket). This thing shot over 300km up into the air and back down again in the space of 6 seconds.

I want to learn to Apparate!!! *stomps feet*
