Pay rise!!!

I am so excited and happy!

I phoned my CEO late this afternoon on an unrelated matter and he ended up telling me that I'm getting a pay rise! I knew I was probably going to get one, but I was thinking more along the lines of a couple of grand more a year. I never expected in my wildest dreams that it would be like this. Because we are a small start up company we have all taken low salaries while the company gets going, I wasn't paid at all for the first 6 months (I have been with them for two years now) and to be recognised like this makes everything so satisfying. This company will work if it's the last thing we all do!!!

I am still in shock.
